At Plushie Patch, our standard delivery window is 10–14 calendar days from the date your order is shipped. This timeframe applies to most destinations and allows us to carefully process, package, and deliver your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided for every package, so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

If there are any unexpected delays or if your package does not arrive within the stated delivery window, we will proactively inform you and assist you until your order is successfully delivered.
